Cookie Policy

How cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies support the storefront and checkout.

Last updated 31 July 2026

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can keep information on your device. This policy uses the word cookies to cover both technologies where appropriate.

2. Strictly necessary storage

The storefront uses necessary browser storage to keep your basket, remember checkout state, protect sessions, route traffic, prevent abuse, and remember whether a cookie choice has been made. Without this storage, core product and checkout features may not work. Consent is not normally required for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a feature you request.

3. Functional and measurement storage

Komerza or connected services may use referral identifiers, limited storefront analytics, or preference storage to understand traffic and support affiliate attribution. Where these technologies are not strictly necessary, they require the consent or other permission applicable under PECR and current UK data law. Refusing optional storage should not prevent basic browsing or checkout.

Consent must be a clear positive choice and should be as easy to withdraw as it is to give. Merely continuing to browse does not amount to consent for non-essential storage.

4. Technologies you may encounter

Technology or purposeProviderCategory and duration
Komerza basket storage for product, variant, and quantityPrime Keys and KomerzaStrictly necessary. Kept until cleared or expired by the service.
kmrza_session or equivalent session stateKomerzaNecessary for requested storefront or checkout continuity. Session or provider-set period.
Security, bot protection, and load balancingKomerza, hosting, or security providerStrictly necessary where essential. Session to provider-set period.
Cookie preference such as cookiesAcceptedKomerza or the storefrontNecessary to remember the choice. Until the preference expires or is cleared.
kmrza_ref or equivalent affiliate referral attributionKomerzaOptional unless essential to a specifically requested function. Provider-set attribution period.
Limited store-view measurement such as a kmrza_t_ identifierKomerzaMeasurement. Short provider-set period and subject to consent where required.

Names, providers, and durations can change when Komerza or a security provider updates its infrastructure. Browser developer tools can show the storage currently set for this domain.

5. Third party services

Product data, order creation, checkout, payment, media delivery, account links, and support can involve Komerza, payment providers, content delivery networks, security services, and Discord. When you follow a link to another domain, that provider may set its own cookies under its own notice.

6. Managing and withdrawing choices

Use the cookie control shown by Komerza where available. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage can empty the cart, prevent connected services from working, or stop checkout. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.

If the on-page control is unavailable, clear storage for this domain or email [email protected] for help identifying the relevant provider controls. Prime Keys does not use a consent choice to deny a service unless the storage is genuinely necessary for that service.

7. Do Not Track and browser signals

Browser privacy signals are handled according to the capabilities of the storefront and its providers. Where a legally recognised opt-out signal applies, the responsible provider should honour it. Optional cookies should not be placed merely because a browser does not send a Do Not Track signal.

8. Responsibility and updates

Prime Keys is responsible for storage it chooses to use. Komerza, payment providers, and security providers are responsible for storage they control on their own domains or as independent controllers. This policy will be updated if the categories or purposes materially change. Contact [email protected] with questions or complaints about storage used by the storefront.
