Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you browse PrimeKeys, place an order, or use a digital product purchased from us.

Last updated 31 July 2026

1. About Prime Keys and these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Prime Keys, the legal operator of the PrimeKeys storefront, when you use this website or place an order. PrimeKeys is the storefront brand. Prime Keys can be contacted at [email protected]. The storefront, order creation, payment handoff, and digital delivery are provided using Komerza services.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve the purchase where required by local law. You must provide an accurate email address and any other information requested during checkout. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and delivered licence information secure.

3. Product information

Prime Keys sells digital products such as software licence keys, access tokens, subscriptions, or related digital content. Each listing describes the product, licence period, price, stock status, compatibility, functionality, interoperability, and any material restrictions known to us. Product images are illustrative. Review the full description and system or account requirements before ordering.

A purchase gives you only the licence or access rights stated in the listing. It does not transfer ownership of third party software, brands, source code, or intellectual property. Pre-contract information that the law makes binding will form part of the contract and will not be changed without any consent required by law.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Any taxes, processing costs, or payment method charges that apply will be disclosed before you confirm payment. Payment is completed on Komerza's secure hosted checkout and may be processed by third party payment providers. Prime Keys does not receive or store your full payment card details through this frontend.

A displayed price can be corrected before an order is accepted if it is clearly erroneous. We will not charge a corrected higher amount without giving you the choice to proceed or cancel. Optional extras will not be charged without clear affirmative consent.

5. Orders and contract formation

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. Clicking the checkout button sends your basket and email address to Komerza so an order can be created. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, unless applicable law requires an earlier point.

We may reject or cancel an order before delivery for suspected fraud, unlawful use, pricing or stock errors, payment failure, sanctions restrictions, or inability to supply. If payment was taken and no valid substitute is agreed, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally delivered after successful payment through the Komerza confirmation page, email, or another method described in the listing. Delivery timing can be affected by payment review, incorrect contact details, network outages, or third party service availability. Contact support promptly if delivery does not arrive.

You must not share, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, or misuse a product unless the licence expressly permits it. You must follow the product provider's licence terms and all applicable laws.

7. Cancellation rights for digital content

Consumers may have a statutory cancellation period for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, the right to cancel can end once supply begins if you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that consequence. The cart asks for that acknowledgement before creating the order. This does not remove rights relating to content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the website, checkout, or delivered products to commit fraud, interfere with services, evade security, infringe intellectual property, harm another person, or violate applicable law or third party platform rules. We may refuse service or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, the store, Komerza, payment providers, or the public.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the storefront available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Products, prices, stock, and features may change. Changes to these terms apply prospectively from the date posted unless the law requires otherwise. Terms in force when an order was accepted continue to govern that order.

10. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, Prime Keys is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

Third party software and platforms remain controlled by their providers. Prime Keys is not responsible for a third party changing its service, licence rules, compatibility, or availability, but this does not reduce any remedy you have against Prime Keys for a product that fails to meet the contract.

11. Third party services and account risk

Some products may rely on services controlled by third parties. You are responsible for checking and following their terms, licence conditions, age limits, and local law. A third party may update, restrict, suspend, or terminate its service or your account. Availability, compatibility, and continuity may change where a third party service is updated, restricted, suspended, or ended. This does not remove a remedy you have where the product itself was not supplied as described.

12. Updates, support, and subscriptions

Any included update period, support period, licence duration, renewal, or recurring charge will be stated in the listing or checkout. A time-limited licence expires at the stated time. A lifetime description refers to the supported lifetime of the relevant product or service, not your lifetime or a promise of permanent third party platform availability. Recurring payments will not be introduced without the notices and consent required by law.

13. Intellectual property

The storefront design, brand assets, text, and materials supplied by Prime Keys are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only for personal, lawful use connected with the store unless written permission says otherwise. Third party names and marks belong to their respective owners and their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

14. Export controls, sanctions, and territorial limits

You must not buy, export, transfer, or use products in breach of applicable sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, or local law. Prime Keys may block a transaction where reasonably required by law, a payment provider, or a competent authority. You are responsible for checking whether the product can lawfully be purchased and used in your location.

15. Electronic communications and contract records

You agree that order confirmations, policies, notices, and delivery information may be provided electronically to the email address you supply. You should save the terms and confirmation for your records. The contract language is English. Komerza may retain the order record, but you should not rely on permanent access to a hosted copy.

16. General provisions

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your contract or licence where the product terms prohibit transfer. Prime Keys may transfer its rights and obligations only where this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections. No person other than you and Prime Keys may enforce these terms unless the law says otherwise.

These terms, the product listing, the checkout information, and policies incorporated by reference form the agreement for the order. They do not exclude statements or rights that the law prevents us from excluding.

17. Governing law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live continue to apply. Subject to those protections, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Contact [email protected] first so Prime Keys can investigate and try to resolve a complaint promptly. Nothing in this section prevents either party seeking urgent relief or using a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

18. Contact and notices

For order, delivery, refund, privacy, or legal questions, email [email protected]. Community support is also available through PrimeKeys Discord support. Include your order reference, purchase email, product, and a clear description of the issue. Never send full payment card details, passwords, or licence keys in a public channel.
