By accessing or using the PrimeKeys website located at primekeys.store (the "Site") and any products or services made available through it, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and its services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PrimeKeys ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
PrimeKeys operates as an online digital goods marketplace offering software license keys, activation codes, and related digital access credentials (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically following confirmed payment. Physical delivery is not provided under any circumstances. The Site also provides ancillary services including a customer account portal, an affiliate program, and customer support channels.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or any Product at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
To complete a purchase or access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. PrimeKeys shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
All Products sold on PrimeKeys are digital in nature. Upon confirmed payment, the relevant license key or access code will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order and made available in your account dashboard. Delivery is typically instant following payment confirmation but may take up to 30 minutes in exceptional circumstances.
Many Products are available in multiple variants (for example, different subscription durations, editions, or region restrictions). You are solely responsible for selecting the correct variant for your intended use before completing a purchase. Purchasing the wrong variant is not eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy. Please review the product page carefully, including all variant options and their descriptions, before placing your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is accurate and accessible. PrimeKeys shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters, or email provider issues on your end. It is your responsibility to verify that any Product you purchase is compatible with your operating system, software environment, and applicable regional requirements before completing a purchase.
Digital Products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product in accordance with the terms of the original software publisher or licensor. PrimeKeys does not warrant that any particular Product will remain valid indefinitely or that the original publisher will continue to support it.
All prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless you have selected an alternative display currency. The display currency is indicative only; actual charges will reflect the cryptocurrency amount and exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will be charged.
PrimeKeys uses two payment platforms depending on your chosen payment method:
Aquadratic — the primary checkout for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, CashApp, and Bank transfers. Aquadratic acts as our licensed Merchant of Record and processes these payments on our behalf. By completing a purchase through Aquadratic you agree to Aquadratic's Terms of Service. Card and digital wallet transactions may be subject to Aquadratic's refund and dispute policies.
NowPayments — for cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported tokens). By initiating a cryptocurrency payment you are sending funds directly to a NowPayments-managed address. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature; once broadcast to the network a payment cannot be cancelled or recalled. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address within the allotted payment window.
Orders via NowPayments are fulfilled automatically once your cryptocurrency payment reaches the required number of network confirmations. Processing times vary by network and cannot be guaranteed. PrimeKeys is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, wallet or exchange hold times, or any other factors outside our control.
In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any unfulfilled orders placed at the incorrect price. If a cancellation occurs after payment has been confirmed, a refund in cryptocurrency (or equivalent) will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Because PrimeKeys sells digital goods that are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment, all sales are final as a general rule. Refunds and replacements are available only in the limited circumstances described in our dedicated Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before completing a purchase.
PrimeKeys operates an affiliate referral program that allows eligible users to earn commissions on purchases made by customers they refer. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the additional terms described on the Affiliate Program page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, and other affiliate program terms at any time with reasonable notice. Commissions earned prior to any modification will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the qualifying purchase was made. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate relationship for violations of these Terms or the affiliate program rules.
The Site and all of its contents — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and the overall look and feel — are the exclusive property of PrimeKeys or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
The license keys and software access codes sold through the Site remain the intellectual property of the original software publishers. Your purchase grants you a personal, limited license to use the Product in accordance with that publisher's terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where applicable, referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIMEKEYS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, NOR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL FUNCTION AS DESCRIBED BY THE ORIGINAL PUBLISHER OR REMAIN VALID INDEFINITELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIMEKEYS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT; (B) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES. IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online commerce and digital goods transactions, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permissible, to the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for violations of intellectual property rights or other urgent matters.
PrimeKeys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or any of its services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
